Each day begins with a Dr. Joe Dispenza recorded meditation/guided visualization followed by a daily activity (journaling, breathwork, and/or mantra practice) facilitated by SoulJour's founder, Ashley Melin.

While this experience builds upon Part 1 from last January, prior participation isn't required. Newcomers are encouraged, as the content and insights will be fresh. Event Details

Once registered, you'll be added to our What's App group. Then each morning starting on May 5, you will receive the day's activity at 7am PST. We strongly encourage you to complete the task within 24 hours, however is it your own experience to be done at your own pace. You will check in with the group when have finished the day's task. It's not a contest and nobody is judging you if you fall a day or two behind. We are here to support one another in our personal journey. We believe when we are held accountable and supported by fellow SoulJours, we are more likely to stay on track!

Significance of the Number 5

The number 5 symbolizes freedom, curiosity, and change – a desire to have adventures and explore new possibilities. One of the main meanings behind number 5 is the idea that change is coming and new opportunities are around the corner. When you see the number 5, it's because your spirit guides want to send you all the positive spiritual energy they have to help you along your way.

We have 5 senses, 5 fingers on each hand & toes on each foot, and even nature has its 5 elements. The number 5 is also a number of change and in this case, it may point towards an oncoming change that will uplift you to a new spiritual chapter of life. It is a number that encourages you to prepare for change rather than resist it. The number 5 aligns with a SoulJour's mission to transcend challenge and turn it into the light you share with the world.

Ashley Melin, Founder of SoulJour

Ashley has been a freelance graphic designer for over 20 years working with some of the biggest outdoor, yoga and lifestyle retailers in the world. Taking her first yoga class in 1992 alongside her parents, she has been a daily practitioner of yoga/meditation ever since. Having studied with many of the best OG master teachers, her path took her to learn the many styles of yoga: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Anusara, Bikram, Tantra, meditation, and more. She began taking groups to India in 2007, with the goal being to get people out of their comfort zone and to practice living life off the mat that only India will do. As an avid mountain biker, skier, 10-time marathon runner, and big mountain climber (climbing over 25 peaks above 14,000 feet ), she has an intimate understanding of pushing limits – physical, emotional, mental – in order to create change. Most recently, and using the tools she learned from her teachers, Ashley manifested sole custody of her son as well as a move out of Portland and over to Bend, OR - a feat most claimed to be "impossible." She is now living her best life in the sunny mountains of Central Oregon with her teenage son, dog and 2 black kitties.
